FF Scott Bagi was one of 12 Parma Fire Fighters who assisted with rescue and recovery efforts at Ground Zero shortly after 9/11. Practically the whole deparmtment volunteered to go, all the names were put in a hat. 12 FFs were selected and 12 more were selected to cover the shifts durning that week.

On Saturday September 10 at 10:00am the PFD wil officially dedicate and unveil the I Beam from the World Trade Center. There will be a small public ceremony at the PFD Training Center at Parmatown Mall located between JC Penney and the Y.M.C.A. Please join us as we welcome this piece of American history into our city.
