CHIEF FRENCH RETIRES AFTER 31 YEARS OF SERVIC

We bid farewell and best wishes to Chief John French who retires today after 31 years of service to the citizens of Parma. He was appointed chief in 2002. May you have a long and happy retirement Chief!
